Return / Refund Policy – Motorydo
We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.
Eligible Cases
Replacement is applicable only if:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong item delivered
- Device is dead on arrival
- Accessories are missing
- Product has manufacturing defect
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns/refunds are not accepted for:
- Installed or used devices
- Physical or water damage
- Improper installation by unauthorized person
- Damage due to wrong wiring
- Subscription already activated
- SIM plans already renewed
Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Prepaid: original payment method
- COD: UPI or bank transfer
Important: Subscription charges are non-refundable after activation.
For claims, customers must share:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video/photos
- Issue description
