Return / Refund Policy – Motorydo

We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

Eligible Cases

Replacement is applicable only if:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Device is dead on arrival
  • Accessories are missing
  • Product has manufacturing defect

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns/refunds are not accepted for:

  • Installed or used devices
  • Physical or water damage
  • Improper installation by unauthorized person
  • Damage due to wrong wiring
  • Subscription already activated
  • SIM plans already renewed

Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Prepaid: original payment method
  • COD: UPI or bank transfer

Important: Subscription charges are non-refundable after activation.

For claims, customers must share:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video/photos
  • Issue description
